Chief Walt “Red Hawk” Brown stands with his daughter Captain Felicia “Moon Flower” Brown, Army Nurse Corps, at her recent Army Promotion Ceremony at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital in Washington, DC on September 18, 2009. CPT Brown received a B.S. in Nursing from Hampton University, Hampton, VA in 2005. Chief Brown was on board to assist in the pinning of his daughter’s new rank.
